Each Managed Dedicated Server comes with a comprehensive package of services to ensure your server runs at peak efficiency. This always includes the initial setup of software requested by the customer (Up to a max. of 3 hours technician work). Depending on the chosen plan, a certain number of monthly technician hours are also included, which can be utilized for software updates, installation of new software, or modifications to existing software. If your needs exceed these included hours, additional support is available at a rate of €21 plus 19% VAT per 15-minute interval. This approach ensures that your server is not only set up to your specifications but also maintained and updated according to your evolving needs.

Our primary server location is in our state-of-the-art Helsinki, Finland Datacenter. This location offers excellent connectivity and advanced infrastructure, ensuring that your server operates efficiently and reliably. Should you require your server to be hosted in Germany, we can accommodate this request. However, please note that placing a server in our Germany Datacenter incurs a higher monthly cost. This is due to the increased expenses associated with power and infrastructure in that region. This option allows you to choose the server location that best fits your needs, taking into account both performance and budget considerations.
